Adams, 74, Hays, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, at Willow House in Hays.She was born Sept. 18, 1944, in Warrensburg, Mo., to Gomer and Nadine (Haverland) Williams.She was a real estate broker and owner/operator of Bel Air Realty for 30 years.She married Jack R. Adams, a retired Kansas Highway Patrolman, on July 14, 1974, in McPherson. They celebrated over 36 years of marriage before he preceded her in death April 18, 2011.She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Hays Board of Realtors, and CASA of the High Plains Board of Directors.She enjoyed reading books, driving her cars, her cats and dog, Cherokee.Survivors include a son, Tony Adams and his two sons, Dakota and Colton, all of Hays; a brother, David Williams and husband, Gary Abel, Lenexa; a stepson, Dennis Adams, Yucca Valley, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Debbie Adams, El Dorado; a sister-in-law, Donna Hunt, Lenexa; 15 step-grandchildren; 18 step-great-grandchildren; and a step-great-great-grandchild.She was preceded in death by her parent; an infant brother, Gerald; and her dog, Cherokee.Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1906 Pine, Hays, KS 67601; burial will be at 3 p.m. Friday in McPherson Cemetery.
